Please note that terms and conditions can change at any time. We ask our customers to ensure that they regularly check this website before each transaction to ensure that they are still in agreement with these terms and conditions.

Zabu Coffee: Introductory offer and subsequent deliveries
Zabu Coffee delivers freshly roasted coffee beans to your door so you can enjoy the fantastic flavour and aroma of fresh coffee in your own home every day.
When you join Zabu Coffee you should receive your first delivery within five working days. This delivery will contain one 227g bag of the Zabu Coffee House Blend and one 227g bag of Colombian Medellin Excelso coffee. A free gift will also be included when it is part of the offer. If you prefer to receive decaf or espresso beans, you must make this clear at the time of your order and all subsequent deliveries will reflect your chosen preference unless you contact us and advise our customer services team.
Your next delivery will contain two 227g bags of coffee including one 227g bag of the Zabu Coffee House Blend plus one 227g bag of our specially selected Coffee of the Month. This delivery will be sent to you after one month. Ongoing your deliveries will contain two 227g bags of coffee and they will be sent at monthly intervals. Your deliveries will continue until you contact Zabu Coffee to request that your shipments are stopped or to change the frequency of your deliveries. You can cancel your Zabu Coffee deliveries at any time. Once you have paid for your introductory delivery, you may take as many or as few Zabu Coffee deliveries as you wish. The credit card details you supply for your introductory order will be charged for each subsequent delivery sent to you from Zabu Coffee.
Acceptance of your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, Zabu Coffee will notify you as soon as possible. Zabu Coffee shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you do order an item that has been incorrectly priced, Zabu Coffee will not accept your order and you will be notified that your order has been cancelled. Zabu Coffee will also advise you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to order the item at the correct price. If you have already paid for an order in the circumstances described within this clause, Zabu Coffee will refund you the full amount within 30 days of your order and cancel your order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price a new transaction will be charged to your credit card for the correct price.
Zabu Coffee shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
To the fullest permissible extent under UK law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products supplied by Zabu Coffee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your rights to cancel.
Changing the coffees within your deliveries
If you wish to change any of the coffees within your next delivery please contact us by calling our customer services team on 0844 375 1695 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll happily arrange this for you.
Making a mistake when ordering
If you make a mistake when placing an order we recommend that you call us as soon as possible on 0844 375 1695 (we’re open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.We are closed at the weekend and on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and our opening hours may vary on other Bank Holidays). We’ll then do our best to correct the mistake for you. However if you leave us a message, we will return your call.
Checking the status of an order
Zabu Coffee will confirm receipt of your first order and send you an email (if you have ordered online) to confirm when your order has been despatched. You should receive your order within five working days (although we do ask our customers in the Highlands and Islands to allow a few extra days). Please remember that Bank Holidays and Christmas can affect Royal Mail deliveries adding a few days.

Zabu Coffee 100% Guarantee
At Zabu Coffee we want you to enjoy buying and drinking our coffee beans. So we offer a 100% guarantee. If you don’t like any of our beans, we will replace them or provide a full refund, no questions asked.
All Zabu Coffee deliveries are made by Royal Mail. We aim for all deliveries to arrive with customers within five working days of the order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch the item as soon as it arrives into stock.
We are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK, but if you are interested in receiving deliveries from Zabu Coffee outside of the UK, please contact us and we’ll look into whether we can arrange a delivery outside of the UK. This will be reviewed on an order by order basis.
Our standard delivery charge (£2.99) covers two bags of coffee per delivery. For all deliveries containing three or more bags of coffee, the delivery charge rises to £3.99 to cover the additional postage and packaging costs.
Claims for non-delivery of an order must be made within four (4) weeks of your order date. Please contact us via our customer services team to let you know if you have not received an order.
Payment and taxes
Zabu Coffee accepts payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). All transactions will be shown in UK pounds sterling (£). All charges will be handled by our secure payment handling service and will show on your credit card statement as Zabu Coffee.
All prices shown on our advertising materials and the Zabu Coffee website (www.zabucoffee.co.uk) are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
The credit card details you provide for your introductory order will be charged for all subsequent Zabu Coffee deliveries that you are sent. ZabuCoffee.co.uk always uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order. We also follow a rigorous internal security policy to protect the information we store about you.
Occasionally we may have to substitute coffees for a different variety of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitution you receive you can return them to us at our cost – we’ll refund any postage charges.
Returns, exchange and refund policy
If you don’t like any coffee from Zabu Coffee, or if a bag is split or damaged upon delivery we’ll replace it. If you wish to exchange the item for another please let us knows when you contact us. If you do not wish to exchange a returned item, we will give you a full refund including delivery costs but excluding any returns postal charges. If you wish to return any delivery, exchange and item or request a refund please contact us via our customer services team by calling 0844 375 1695 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you need to return any coffee to us, please send your parcel to the address below ensuring that you include a note of your customer number and order number within your parcel. Please note that Zabu Coffee does not arrange for collection of any unwanted deliveries and that you will be responsible for returning unwanted items and any postal charges associated with that return.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Zabu Coffee cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds will be returned to the credit card which was charged for the purchase wherever possible. All refunds will be made by Zabu Coffee to the credit card within 30 days. Please note that credit card companies may not immediately show a refund on your statement. If you cannot see a refund on a credit card statement after 30 days, please contact your credit card issuing company in the first instance to check they have applied the refund to your account.
You may cancel an order for any reason within seven working days of receipt of your coffee and receive a full refund including the delivery charge but excluding any returns postage charges. Please contact us by calling 0844 375 1695 to cancel your order. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 working hours of receipt.
