By registering your details with Zabu Coffee, either over the telephone, on our website or returning an order form via the mail, you are giving your consent for Zabu Coffee to maintain, record, hold and use the personal data we collect. The information we need and how we will use it
When placing an order we will ask for information such as your name, address, email address, telephone numbers and your credit card details. We ask for this information so that we can process your orders and make your regular Zabu Coffee deliveries. We will use your email address to notify you that we have received your order.
We ask our customers to provide a contact telephone number and email address so that we can contact you easily should there be a problem with an order or, if we have a special offer that we think you may be interested in, based on your coffee preferences. We occasionally make names and addresses (but never telephone numbers or email addresses) available to companies whose products and services, we think, may be of interest to you.
We recognise and respect our customer’s privacy and preferences at all times. If you would prefer Zabu Coffee not to contact you with our own offers nor to make your name and address available to other companies, simply call us on 0844 375 1695 or email us at customerservice@zabucoffee.co.uk . Calls from BT landlines beginning with a 0844 code operated by Zabu Coffee cost up to £0.05 per minute. The price of calls with other operators may vary. Please check with your telephone operator for exact charges. Our telephone lines are open we’re open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We are closed at the weekend and on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and our opening hours may vary on other Bank Holidays. However, if you leave a message we will always call you back.
Zabu Coffee will never ask you to provide information that is not required to process and fulfil your orders or to provide you with excellent customer service.
